1. The ural luminescent mushroom is only and rare in Tselinoyarsk.
2. I'm not sure where the bandage plant is but get your thermal goggles and look for the red lighted plants.

The Ural luminiscent is in Svyatogornyj East and the Bandage plant in the same area.
