It is in the water in filtration number 1 or 2! You will have to swim to find it

The Nikita is in level one or two of the shell and youll have to swim to get the damn yoke

Right ok well when the cut scene ends go to the elevator in the north and go down to level B1. Then go into the water and depending which difficulty you are on you will have to swim around to get it. If you are on an very easy or easy then it's really close but the harder the difficulty the more you have to swim around for it as it will be further on.
