I do not think it is possible. I have shot vamp with infinite ammo (brown wig(you get it from 70 dog tags))and shot it like a machine gun. It took him 3-4 seconds to die. But Emma was still stabbed. That is y I don't think it is possible

It is not possible, I know the game is suited correctly to say that Emma's been stabbed. Wish it would change it's alternate cutscene, but it won't. Sorry for being a downer but there isn't anyway if you save her from not being stabbed.
