The Bottom Control Panel

Thank you earlier gamespro but now I'm stuck on a new thing. On extreme there are many control panels at the 1-2 connecting bridge I have gotta all the panels except for one which is the one on the bottom floor under the bridge. How is it possible to hit it. Iv tried grenade launchers and grenades but I can't hit the damn thing. Can anybody help me again lol

Well the only way to hit that is to use FPV, go to the right side of the area in front of the door where you entered the bridge from and when you go into FPV if you hold R2 and L2 together Raiden will stand on him toes to allow him go to a little higher then you will be able to see the control unit below.
