When you first start the final part of tthe final mission instead of going outside go farther inside. You will find a wall and ther will be weapon ammo, grenades, and about four Field Surgeon packs. Just use the field surgeon packs when low on health. Also outside of the building are fuel barrels everywhere shoot the and they will get rid of a mojority of the soldiers that are constantly hiding.
