After killing the man in the crane and after the train car goes over you, where do you go after that, I've looked everywhere for a door or a ladder or anything like that and can't find anything please help.

One of the storage box things will have a slightly open door on it, go to the door and open it, hide in there until the train car comes past you, then go out and you should be able to keep walking down.
