After you shoot out all three speakers and you reach doctor pickman,im stuck,what do I have to do to get passed dr. Pickman with out killing him but stopping the racket in that room please someone help me before I go crazy

You should have a tranq. Gun, so use it on him so He'll fall unconscious, and you can continue on with the game.
This is very easy, Defeat the guard on the left coming down the stairs and after that, Take his tranquilizer gun and shoot pickman, This should work.
