You have to wait for the guy to go inside. After he closed the door then place the bomb.

Drive over to the car where the dude's smoking next to the car.

Park a little down the street, facing the mobster's car. Sit and wait.

Eventually the smoker will put out his cigarrette and go inside.

That's your chance!!!!!
