Is there any way to remove the salary cap or a way around it in order to trade for the best players without going over the limit?

Before you start a franchise you have to go salery cap enable but if your doing fantacy draffs it's not as good
They give you that exact option before starting a franchise.I hardly use it,but it's a nice option to have
