I have an ego of -25, I am Lone Wolf, and my coach says that I am fine if all I do is work for my pacheck and I'm not a team player. How do I change this to good?
One more thing, when playig a game in superstar mode, I have an "X Ego" boost.
What is this? What does it mean? Is it good-oriented or bad-oriented

You need to be more positive and be a team player: always say that it was a team performance in interviews. And as far as I know it is bad
Well It depends on what you want to do. If you want to make yourself better don't worry about having a negative ego, that's the best way to make yourself better during the game. If you want to make your team better you should answer all of the questions as a team player. The X Ego boost is you boosting up yourself kind of like "patting yourself on the back" when you do something good in a key situation that usually happens. I always like being a Lone Wolf because I like making myself better.
No ego isn't always bad I had a qb who was a team leader and I got x ego sometimes
