There's a guy near the steps of the left side of the FRAT HOUSE in GREEK QUAD near the college girls by the left side steps of the FRAT HOUSE talk to the guy and he'll give you the rest of the accesories for the snazy suit so you can talk to SUZI.

Here are the places where you can buy the accessories for each outfit

cool outfit-the vendor next to sweetwater
geek outfit-the librarian in the library
suit-the guy next to the frat house
prep outfit-the librarian or the vendor near where the train passes by (the street with the dance club in)
