Funny you should ask this, because this is in my mind the funnest PowerBrick to get in all the game. Heres how you get it:
In the beginning, follow the path untill you come to tall grass that can be removed with dark force, (red), and then when inside you see a track. (hehe), and destroy the blue box to get lego pieces - build these. You make a GO-CART! Drive around the whole track once, and when you do a lap all the red rectangles on the track will turn green and the PowerBrick will come up, hope I helped!! =-)
