No you can't.
And I didn't figure that out til most of my good cards
Were premium.
So, I'd suggested to get as little of premium cards as possible.
They do have more power but can totally screw you up!

Actually it depends. They won't reload unless you use them as you 2nd or 3rd card for a sleight. Also, Item Cards can bring them back.

You can NOT reload it, even if you reload it third times, or using item cards to bring them back, but no, you can't.
So this is my solution, Try to upgrade your cards to a premium cards starting from the lowest number(1)
