Hi. I'm trying to buy the game Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix+ but I know it is a Japanese Play Station 2 game. What is it that makes the game able to play on a United States Play Station 2? Is there an electronical device which configures the Play Station 2 to make it able to play Japanese games?
