Remove finishing moves like Aerial Finish (Explosion should be okay) and Combo/Air Combo Plus abilities, as these take up too much time to execute. Use the Negative Combo ability and the Fenrir Keyblade, if you have it.
Once you enter the ring, smash most of the pots, but you don't need to run around collecting all of these orbs. After this, a giant pot should appear. The main thing is to get to it and aim it towards a bunch of small pots. Then collect the large orbs using Quick Run/Glide, then repeat the process.

There is a secret to getting very high scores. First, you need to alter Sora's skills a little bit... Here is a guide to help you...

- Unequip ALL combo boosters. By doing so, your combo will be 3. This helps, because pots only break after hit by a finishing combo. By reducing your combo, you can break more pots.
- Equip draw abilities, or any abilities that draw in items.
- Equip a keyblade with a draw effect (the keyblade from the Pirates of the Carribean is a good choice)

Now that Sora has been altered, it's time for the strategy. There are a few things to know.

1) First thing you want to do is break all of the pots you can find. Keep doing this until large pots appear.

2) After these pots appear, aim the pot just right so that it collides with other pots on impact. This is how you get the most points. By hitting pots into eachother, the points multiply in value, giving you more points.

3) Repeat untl yu hit 1000.

It's fairly easy iwht the right technique. I hope I helped!

Take off all abilities so you only have a 3 move combo, like at the begining of the game. Now equip negative combo, this will give you a 2 move combo. I would use the keyblade from Port Royal (follow the wind???) as it brings orbs in from a distance. Just keep hitting whatever pots are in front of you.

I suggest waiting until you've beat the game and beat Sephiroth, then you'll have Fenrir and you'll have the greatest amount of strength. After you've done that you should be able to complete this task pretty easily.
