You get them from the guys with 2 swords in agrabha (I forgat ther name)

Energy Stone:
1) Hammer Frame (4%-- Timless River, Port Royal and Beast's Castle: entrance hall, secret passage and west wing).
2) Lance Soldier (4%-- Beast's Castle and Port Royal).
3) Trick Ghost (4%-- Oympious Colliseum and Halloween Town).

I believe Hammer Frames (Beasts Castle), Lance Soldiers (Beasts Castle/Port Royal) & Trick Ghosts (Halloween Town) drop these items. Having Sweet Memories equipped along with Meteor Staff & Genji Shield + their Lucky abilities equipped increases the chances of this dropping ~
