Ok, to start please don't make the same question twice, because it won't be answered faster. As you can see the older will be answered sooner or later.

Now these are the items you need to make the Ultima Keyblade:

- Ultima recipe (in Twilight Town, just before the are where you find Sora in the beginning of the game)
- 7 Orichalcum+ (only 7 and spread all over the world so if you need help just say it)
- 1 Orichalcum (in chests all over, very eay to get)
- 1 Mythril Crystal
- 1 Dense Crystal
- 1 Twilight Crystal
- 4 Serenity Crystal
- 1 energy crystal

I didn't tell where you to get the other materials because they are very easy to find. Now about the drives:

- Brave form: very easy to level up, any place is good
- Wisdom form: you must kill heartless (for each you kill, you get 1 point of experience, so find a place with lots of them, The World That Never Was is good)
- Master form: you must get drive recovery so try The Land of Dragons
- Final form: The World that Never Was, kill Nobodys
