If your talking about the final Navi gummi, then yes it is in Traverse Town. Head to the secret waterway and talk to Kairi, then head to the star drawing on the wall and watch the cutscene now you obtain the Navi gummi. Talk to Kairi again to receive the Oathkeeper keyblade. As for the Trinity Limit, if the boxes are breakable than break them. Or try to reposition your self near the limit to attempt to use it.

Have you gone to Deep Jungle yet? Bc you need that one red trinty by the boxes to lock the world. Deep jungle is where you get red trinity after you defeat the boss. Deep jungle is diagnolly from Traverse Town on the space gummi map. You have to go to one of the worlds around traverse town first. Prepare for the worst after you use the trinity.

Yeah that red trinity should be the way to get to this bell that changes pictures in the pond until one reveals the Keyhole. Then you face a boss just for heads up! But first you need to discover Red trinity! I'm afraid I can't help you with that! Sorry! I hope I helped!

I have the red trinity...I've locked the jungle already...the boxes are just in the way...I have no idea how to get past them to activate the trinity?

Have you followed through the storyline?

After you lock Deep Jungle, head back to Traverse Town. Go to the Alleyway, use the red trinity mark to break the bars, and talk to Leon. Then talk to Cid in the 1st District, and then go talk to Merlin. In Merlin's house, you can learn Summon magic and explore 2 areas in the 100 Acre Woods.
After this, head back to the 3rd District, then to the house up the stairs.
You can now use the red trinity to access the bell on top of the roof in the 2nd District. Once the keyhole is revealed (by ringing the bell a few times), run towards the fountain to start the boss battle.
