Pick up a barrel that appears after a while (if all barrels are busted, more will appear), and throw it at Hercules. Once he's stunned, you can attack him.
Avoid his spinning attack by gliding above, then attack while he's dizzy. His charging attack can also be avoided by gliding around, and just stay out of his aura attack area.

When barrels appear, pick one up and throw it at him. Hack away at him until he glows gold again.

It's pretty easy just dodge his attacks then throw a barrel at him when they appear then attack with all you got until his barrier reappears
