Invisible answered:

In Monstro, navigate through the chambers until you get to Chamber Four.

Get into the stomach, then bowels.

Fight the Parasite Cage, then drop through the hole.

Following a cut-scene where Riku takes Pinochio away into a higher chamber, talk to Gepetto and he gives you access to a chest.

Open the chest for the ability HIGH JUMP. Hope this helps.

Tigger533 answered:

To get the high jump you must first defeat the Parasite Cage in Monstro.

After defeating it FOR THE FIRST TIME you will be at Geppettos boat.

There is a chest by Cleo's fish bowl it will contain high Jump.

After you find it (which I have) how do I USE it? Is it in a menu? Do I have to equip something?
