----Deep Jungle----

Wonderland - After Alice disappears, you go through the Lotus Forest, take the exit where the boulder was, enter the upside-down Bizzare Room, then fight the Trickmaster. Alice has been abducted, so you won't see her until you get to Hollow Bastion.

Olympus Coliseum - After you defeat Cerberus in the Preliminaries, you're done (for now). After you complete certain worlds, Chip and Dale will tell you when the new tournaments are starting (when you board the gummi ship).

Deep Jungle - The giant black fruit on the tree is just another enemy; attack it normally and it will be destroyed. The Powerwilds always respawn here; let Donald and Goofy take care of them (or take care of them yourself).

Wonderland-you won't be seeing Alice again until way later in the game. You must go back to the Bizzare Room. Make sure you are the regular way (so the floor you stand on is the floor that the table with the potions to grow and shrink you are on). You will fight the Trickmaster and then you can leave this world until later in the game.

Olympus can do the training if you want. But you won't be able to do any Tournaments for awhile. When you are able to, Chip and Dale will tell you when you leave a world.

Deep Jungle-you must attack the Giant Black Fruit as if it is a real enemy. The monkeys will always spawn here, just ignore them, or kill them yourself for extra experience.

Try these places for a more thorough explanation:
Olympus Coliseum-
Deep Jungle-

Hope I helped.
