Ok well I'm in Traverse Town, and I'm trying to get to the Red Trinity, but there are the boxes in front of it and I don't know how to get rid of them so please someone help me!!

You can't get this particular trinity mark until after you have gotten the double jump ability later in the game. Once you get that ability, you may come back and get the trinity.
