Basically have nobunaga and oyuki head ahead of oichi and don't break down the fence that you run into it will save you a lot of punishment.
It helps to have inahime from the Samurai warriors XL with you and have your next strongest character in front( have inahime as the support unit) and head up the left pass you'll be ambushed. After that lead the enemy away from the point where you have to take oichi and try to defeat them. If you don't,dont worry just destroy the gate blocking oichi now and head towards the point you have to take her to. Have nobunaga and oyuki go ahead to defeat the unit that comes down the hill and if your lucky the other two will sit back away from you and you can let oichi just go and finish the level. To complete the level, first you just send your main unit (who contains Nobunaga)with Oichi's carrige unit then dispatch your secondary unit to the enemies in front of them. Then just defeat the units quickly to make sure your always ahead of Oichi's unit but be careful stay close enough just in case an ambush unit shows up. Hope this helps.
