So, I'm having issues escorting sig through the under port. I can get to the part where the giant metal head is chasing you for the second time. There's a platform you have to shoot to be able to stand on it. Problem: I'm out of ammo, and there's none in sight. I am also not able to leave the under port to retrieve more. Is there ANY way of salvaging my game? I'd hate to have to start over....

Are you out of ammo for ALL of your weapons? If not, switch your weapon. Also, keep looking. There is bound to be some type of ammo around here. Just keep looking.

there's got to be some around, keep looking, back track all the way back to the beginning (well, where you meet Sig) Look for crates and everthing you think that will hold ammo =)
Hit sig until he kills you. When you respawn you will have 25 of each ammo type
