How do you get the power cell on top of the flowting chamber

Ok when you get the floating chamber up to the surface go to the little island next to it. Go to the top and go to the very edge jump to the chamber then jump in midair then use you spin kick that should get you to the power cell if not try again it takes a couple of tries but you'll get it. Good luck.
