I think this is what you do, there are air vents on the ground if your ide over them they will boost you into the air.

If you go to the correct way just press the grind button and you should grind the lines.

Go to the port, then go to the mini mission it's the one that is facing the pillar, it will tell you to jump on top of the pillar to reach the egg behind it. After that go around the pillar till you see a pipe jump on it then you will see a part of a building, jump on it then go around the pillar again till you see another pipe repeat untill you reached the top.

To grind on those wires you have to climb up the big tower next to the blue krimzon ship in the port. To do this you must jump on arched pipes on the tower, it will take you to the top. From there you can grind down the wires.

If you are talking about the ones in the bottom of the map (by the naughty ottsel) get a three seater vehicle and find a place where the wires are low then go to the lower flying zone then go up to the higher one and quickly press triangle at the top (you may need to try a couple times) you will fly high then get your board out then grind them good luck and have fun!
