How on earth do you beat Shendu? Can anyone help me?

I've done it, I figured out how to beat shendu pick up the sword then fight the shadow warriors the go up shendu but not to close then lock on to him with R1 block with O.

Then when he uses his fire breath you will deflect it bak at him then he will call shadow warriors kill them then delect his fire breath bak again do this till he dies witch is about 3 turns.
