How do you beat the Save Pepper mission

I'm guessing nick12 was saying a cheat code, but the way I beat it (cheat free rules) was just speed around and kill anything attacking the building pepper is in, go after all the tanks and powerful enemys first, then deal with the weaker enemys that will take longer to destroy the building, and the moment the missles start going after the building ignore everything but the missles, go after the ones closest to hitting it, use either balistics weapons or repulsers on them, missles miss to often and I forget if they can lock onto the missles, just do that and beat all the other enemys as fast as you can and you should beat it.
Where can we find peper and where is peper actually when she says that the place is falling down?
