Follow the gameplan utni lyou find the nuclear ironman and then then keep shooting him with upgraded repulsor (unless you havent bothered) then when he is recharging punch his back and repeat the process

Put all your power in you'r armour and just punch the nuclear man every time he recharges only takes 4 or 5 times at the most and cuts the time down on the level completion.
