The agent is in the medical wing. In order to get into the medical wing, you will need the outfit of an orderly. You can get one by sneaking into the medical wing using the keycard that is on the desk in the guard quarters. You must first sedate the guard. (Bonus - The video tape is also on the desk.) There are three targets. (One primary and two secondaries.)
