When it starts, move the left analog stick up, and down repeatedly. Soon, 47's health bar should rise, and he should get up, and start killing the people. The objective is to kill EVERYONE. There can be no witnesses. After all Hitmans' motto is: nobody saw anything!

No man,all you do is move analog to wake up and make sure there are no witnesses,then you can go back and do different missions with upgraded weapons that weren't avaible then,great fun =)

Move the analog stick rapidly in the updown direction. He comes back to life and starts to shoot and kill people as always. Thats basically it.

Your you wiggle the left analog stick then you get up

When it first starts, wiggle the left joystick a lot. After awhile, Agent 47 will stand up. When he does, kill every last person in the level. If you don't you will lose. If you do, congratulations. You beat the game.
