Will someone help me I need to figure out how to close the three headed dragons mouth it is saying that { the name of the three spiritual essence } and it is saying that it is what we call... ( the memo is torn-off here. ) that is what the torn letter says on it and I have closed one of the three dragon mouths with the word mercury and I can't figure out the other two words to close the other mouthes of the three headed dragon and on top of that the CRAZY MAID is trying to kill me and she is smarter and faster then the big ugly guy that was chasing you at the begging of the game. And also I have a film that I don't know were it goes but I really need help on the three headed dragon statue it is in the room with the fire that looks like a tornado and the fire has a item on top of it and the only way to get the item is to close all three dragon mouthes but the fire that looks like a tornado is not moving it's just spilling out fire in a straight line up in the air. Well I think I explained my problem good enough so thats all please right back with a answer thank you.

You need to go back to the first bathroom area you come to in the mansion map. It's the one by where Daniella is always cleaning behind that chain-link fence but she does not chase you. Anyway, there is a word-search puzzle posted on the wall in the bathroom where you will find the other two words needed to complete the dragonhead puzzle. Be sure to have Hewie with you for the tallest head, he will need to help you reach. The film will not be needed until a little later, after you unlock the crypt and find the library.
Salt in the left, Mercury in the right and Sulfur in the middle. Examine either left or right and order Hewie to go to put the middle one in.
Salt mercury and Sulfur are the names of the key plates. But it doesn't matter what order you put them in, as long as all three key plates are in 3 dragon heads it don't matter the order.
