1. Takakura will eventualy ask you if you want him to clear you another feild, for 20,000 and then he'l clear out the forest for you.
2. Make friends with Takakura and go into his room between 5pm and 10pm durring winter of Chapter 2 and he'll give it to you.
3. Sell sell sell. Also you can hassel Van and he will sometimes give you more then what he origonally asked for. When you sell things over 1000 or golden wool or golden eggs, he'll offer you an amount. Just click no, and he'll make you a larger offer. Than click yes. Because if you deny. He wont offer again.

2.Tartan : You will get tartan at chapter 2 , but in chapter 1 you must biefriend with takakura ( you can biefriend with takakura , easy just give he a meal cook dishes . Light pickles(recomendend) ). And come to takakura house at Spring day 3 or 4 07.59 - 09.59 PM
3.easy , you just sell milk to van and take care of your cows ( give good fooder and fodder on the place to put in the fooder ) . Don`t buy a sheep in chapter 1 , because the wool can you take of a few days like 5-8 days . Harvest all wild plants on the Forget-Me-Not-Valley and sell it to Van .
