Does anyone else have any problems with this game on the first screen where it asks for what language?

My screen is just frozen and doesn't do anything. Brand new game..no scratches on it but it just is frozen.

Anyone else have this problem? I need to know if I should return the game and get a new one.

Dude, get a new game.

If it freezes and has no scratches it means their's an error in the cd.
