How do you get past the peacock bit I need help!!!

I've been stuck on that for that long I can't remember!
So please help me.

Okay, this takes a few trys. Just follow it around, you don't really need the invisibility cloak, but it helps. You have to kinda go into the bird and it drops a feather. Like I said, this takes a few trys.
