I found most of the parcel out near the stone circle and going down the hill. They are hidden in the bushes that glow. Cast spells on them to get them to reveal.

But 1 is in the library, behind the wooden cupboard, and 1 is in Ubridges classroom, behind the wooden cupboard. Cast Accio or Depuso on them.
