How do you get into the confiscated items room?

If there is a key, how do you get it?

You have to finsh helping people around the grounds there are seven of these little tasks, the first is finding a package of lost robes near the lake.

Frist you have to find the person whom lost them I think hes near the enternace to the castle.

Then when you bring them back he will tell you where the next person is.

Then when you finsh all seven you will be given a key.

where exactly is the person?
I can't find him anywhere, and I am on gamecube.
