How do you defeat Ovan he's got those irritating healing orbs I know beast awakening is a must though

Use the divine awakening as often as possible. It is the only way to drop his HP fast enough.

I used a scythe so when I swung it hit all of them and I only had to use one beast awakening near the end. Then again I probably over leveled too.
