You can put turbo's and performance anhancers, but you can't customize the way you can in Need For Speed or Midnight Club.

No you cannot customize your cars this time around. You could do it in GT1 and GT2 but not in the GT3 and GT4. Sorry to diassapoint.

Only for the wheels and GT wing, and tuning parts. You cannot customize your car's aero parts like Need for Speed or Initial D Arcade Stage.
