Question for Gran Turismo 4

If I have gameshark 2 version 4.1 and I want to use it on gran turismo 4 but gran turismo 4 isn't listed under the games, how do I go about using my gameshark on it?

You need to go on to the offical gameshark website (I can't remember what it is cause mine broke) and get the codes for it and then enter the code list on the gameshark by pressing circle I think it is.
