I looked at the entire car dealership in the game and the best car with FF drive train i could find was the Xsara Rally Car which costs 350,000 Credits, this car was made by the French car industry named 'Citroen' Hope this helped. *How to get to the car= Start up Gran Turismo 3, Simmulation mode, Car dealership, FRA category, Citroen company, Xsara rally car.*
