Well, yeah. You should be able to do free roam after you complete the game. I mean, this is really just a slightly altered version of the original Grand Theft Auto: Vice City video game, so you should still be able to go wherever you want, and do whatever you want to do after you beat the game. I think that it would get very boring very quickly if you had to replay the game and do missions don't you think?

Yes you can! I already beat it! But this game is nothing like sanandreas but it's just a remake of the origanl vice city! It's just like the rest but I think the first vice city is better than vice city stories!
