There isnt a cheat that wont let you get wasted....but you can just keep putting in the armor cheat when you get hurt. There isnt a cheat for you not to get busted....but you can get rid of the stars(almost the same thing as not getting busted) by either going to a pay n spray or entering the lower wanted level cheat.
