Hello,
There is no hidden mission for Vercetti Estate.
If You are asking me how to own that place, First you open the second island and complete all missions of Diaz and later kill him to own the mansion. I guess you will own that place when your game completion will be 27% percent

I completed Cap the Collector, someone called me and suddenly there is 2 Vercetti Estate logos
