The Sanchez is usually driven around on the left side of Vice City. There is also one on the dirt track, north of the Hyman Condo that you buy (it's part of a mini-game mission).
You can also try looking for it in the parking lots at North Point Mall and Washington Mall.
The dirtbike in the game is called the sanchez.theyre found more near the left edges of the map but theyre pretty much everywhere
Go to the beach there is a lot there hope I helped
