Helo gta fans. Can someone pleeease help me how to do the messing with the man mishion how do you full that bar up

If I remember correctly, it's the chaos bar, which you can fill up by destroying stuff and causing mayhem.
I just brought a helicopter, landed it in the middle of the road, and waited for traffic build up. Then used the mini-gun and grenades to blow-up all the traffic, people, glass windows, etc. In the vicinity.

First, before you start the mission, make sure you have a first-person aim weapon with lots of ammo (not including sniper rifles). You could pick up some ammo at the closest ammu-nation or get pickups from the vercetti estate. After getting the weapons and ammo, drive to the biker bar but don't accept the mission yet. Drive past to the nearby firestation. There would be a police car parked across the street from it. Parallel-park your old car directly behind it. When you come back after completing the mission, your car would still be waiting for you. Steal the police car, but make sure that there are no cops around, because you don't want to start getting wanted levels before you start the mission. Drive the police car back to the bar and park it on the street right by the bar. Don't park it on the sidewalk, because then it would disappear after you come back. Walk into the pink light and watch the cutscene with mitch baker. After you come out again, hop into the police car and quickly drive it around the corner to the stairs leading up to skumole shack. Park the car so that it is perpendicular to the stairs. Get out of the car and climb up the stairs. After you get to the top, select the first-person aim weapon and fire away at the police car. The police car would blow up quickly before your chaos meter is full. However, if you keep shooting at the charred remains of the car, your meter would still fill up. Then you would have passed the mission. The total time it takes for the meter to fill up entirely is about 30-45 seconds. After you pass the mission, you would likely have a wanted level, so wait in the skumole shack until it goes away. Then, you can return to your old car, which would still be parked across the street from the firestation. Finally, save your game! :]

You kill plenty of people to fill up the bar and you get plenty of cops on you when you do so. It sometimes takes a while to fill up though. You should use weapons that you work well with. For me, the python works well for the civilians and stray cops and the AK works well for the cars and rocket launchers for the choppers. After the mission make sure to save it right away in the skumole shack so you don't get killed because passing the mission doesn't get rid of the cops unfortunately.

just grab the roket luncher and fire away the chaos bar should go flying up

it's too easy.....let me tell you.
First take a police car and park it on road outside pink marker of messing with the men..but don't park the car on sidewalk it would disappear.
Then quickly get in car and park it front of stairs(it is next opposite of biker gang mission building)go to top and shot the police cars with automatic shotgun from the top of stairs..when you got three wanted stars level,shots the helicopter continiously with M4 carbine..and finally got it with 30 seconds left

Buy a weapon you can scope with, make sure to buy a lot of bullets. Park a car behinde the biker bar. Shoot it until the bar is full, even after you blow it up shoot the remains. Easy as that. If you did it right you should have no stars. At least I didnt

I Suggest You Use The Rhino Tank Cheat First Which Is
O,O, L1,O,O,O,L1,L2,R1,Triangle,O,Triangle. After You Do
That Just Press O To Fire And Bomb People, Cars, Etc. And Run Into Cars To Make Them Blow Up. You Can Also Run Over People On The Sidewalk.

Type "nuttertools" and you will have a machine gun and other weapons.... Use the machine gun to kill everyone in surrounding and your wanted level will increase.... Once the cops arrived kill them and the helicopter will arrived then.... Shoot the heli and the messing bar will totally full.... Once you finished the mission, if your wanted level still increase, type "leavemealone"....
