There is a dodo car cheat. (right,R2,circle,R1,L2,down,L1,R1) When you accelerate, press the analog stick back to glide and the car jumps off the ground.

Right, R2, Circle, R1, L2, Down, L1, R1. Just accelerate and press back on your analogue stick to fly. I hope it helps...
