That cheat does NOT work at all I've tried 13 times and it didnt work rip offs

No, there isn't. If you want that vehicle, you're going to have to steal it. They usually spawn in the quarry just west of Las Venturas. If you can get into one and drive it out, it's all yours. They aren't the fastest vehicles in the game though, so try not to get a wanted level.
