Can you really see Tommy Vercetti's grave in the Los Santos graveyard? Or is that not true?

I belive it's fake a common myth altho you can see him on the mission where you race hes fixing the car it's like tommie vacitti from gta3

I think you can see it in the ghost town where you start off where you have to kill Pulaski
