How do you get the apache helicopter?
Also can someone please tell me if there is a cargo plane that you can fly.

THERE ARE NO HIDDEN PACKAGES.
Its either tags, oysters, horseshoes or snapshots.
You can find one at the army base, or get all golds in pilot school and one will spawn in your airport graveyard thingy.

You get the apache helicopter when you collect 100 hidden packages
And there is a cargo plane you can fly in the san fierro airport it is the big jet with juank on the side, you go to the back of the plane and press triangle and CJ will get in through the back
